At Blues Sports and Recreation (PVT) LTD, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for our services, venue bookings, and other activities.

General Refund Terms

Refunds are available under specific conditions, as detailed below. Please note:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within two days of the original transaction or event date.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Any applicable service fees or taxes are non-refundable.

Venue Booking Refunds

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Refunds for cancellations made three hours before the scheduled booking will be processed after deducting a 25% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within half-an-hour after the booking time.
  • Cancellation by Us:
    • In the unlikely event that Blues Sports and Recreation (PVT) LTD cancels your booking, a full refund will be provided.

Event and Program Refunds

  • Training Sessions (e.g., Blues School of Basketball):
    • Missed sessions due to personal reasons are non-refundable.
    • If we cancel a session, we will offer a rescheduled session or provide a refund for that specific session.
  • Physical Fitness Programs (PARC):
    • Refunds are not available for partially attended fitness programs.
    • In case of medical emergencies, you may request a refund or program transfer upon providing valid documentation.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within one business days from the date of approval.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional two days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Late cancellation charges.
  • Payments made for completed services or attended events.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service or event was disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
