What an absolutely spectacular and historic day for the Blues Basketball Club! We are thrilled to recap the incredible energy and success of the Lemonade Blues Basketball League 2025, which culminated in a thrilling Final Day on Saturday, 11th October 2025, at the Blues Basketball Complex.

Their generous support and commitment have been instrumental in allowing over 450+ young athletes to pursue their basketball dreams and truly shine. A Showcase of Growth and Competition
The final day was the crowning glory of months of hard work and competitive action witnessed throughout the Pre-League and Group Match stages. The atmosphere was electric, with the complex buzzing from morning till evening.
The core of the day focused on the highly anticipated Final Games Day across all skill levels. The competitive spirit was magnificent, with intense battles, brilliant team plays, and inspiring individual performances. These final games perfectly demonstrated the growth and technical refinement achieved by every participant since the start of the league.
The scale of this year’s League was truly immense:
- Participation: Over 450+ young athletes took to the courts throughout the day.
- Teams: A total of 45 teams came together across all divisions.
- Skill Categories: Competition was fiercely contested 5 categories (Rise, Shine, Explore, Youth & Adults) of skill levels, ensuring every player had a chance to compete fairly and push their development to the next level.
The Prize Giving Ceremony: Celebrating Every Achievement
The day concluded with a truly joyous and well-deserved Prize Giving Ceremony, which celebrated commitment, sportsmanship, and every single participant’s talent.
In recognition of their dedication throughout the season, every young athlete received both a Certificate and a Medal, a tangible acknowledgment of their hard work and participation in this major league event.
The excitement peaked as we honoured the top performers:
- Team Trophies were presented to both the Runners-Up and the Champions across every single skill category, recognising collective effort and success.
- Special Trophies were awarded to the Best Team Players in each division, highlighting individual dedication and contribution to their squads.
Seeing the immense pride and joy on the faces of all the athletes, from those receiving their first medal to those hoisting the Championship trophy, provided the perfect, heartwarming end to a phenomenal league.
The Lemonade Blues Basketball League 2025 was more than just a competition; it was a festival of youth basketball that fostered community spirit and laid a strong foundation for the future of the sport. We are incredibly proud of the resilience, skill, and sportsmanship displayed by all our athletes, and we now look forward to building on this success and continuing to empower our players to reach new heights!
